I just recently switched from Firefox to chrome and was wondering if there are any extensions that allow you to download flash files? There are a ton of them on firefox, but I've yet to see any on chrome's extension pages.

I don't think so. Chrome seems to be lacking in a lot of underlying code which is useful for certain addons, mainly so that Google can further their horrible advertising gains.

I know that what I said sounded ridiculous, but I had heard that Chrome wasn't coded extensively enough to allow such deep blocking. It was unfounded of me to claim shenanigans, but it still kind of stinks that Adblock Plus seems to work better on Firefox.

You realize you don't need an extension for that right?

View source -> find ".swf" -> go to url -> Save Page
