Well, this forum section is more or less barren, so I figured why not liven it up with some of my shitty artwork?

So I'm pretty sure I mentioned at least a few times that I'm a Game Design major and I worked on a team with 4 other people to make a game last quarter in about a 10 week time period.


We went with a top-down survival shooter involving you protecting an upgradeable tower from swarms of enemies (basically Geometry Wars meets Tower Defense). You played as a gun-toting penguin with sunglasses and a cigar that shot fish and walruses at polar bears and it basically made no sense.

Since it was a programming course that we made it for, I did a chunk of the programming, but I also did the majority of the artwork.

the rocketfist whalefist is the most hilarious thing i've ever seen.

it is also very reminiscent of old duke manfrud photochops

We used XNA. The language is C#.

Oh, I think a friend of mine might have used that. Unless there's a whole bunch of popular game engines running around for C#.
